Returns

Return & Exchange Policy

Blessd will be happy to exchange items or offer you a full refund provided the goods are returned, securely and suitably packaged, in an unused and unworn condition, with all labels still intact and attached to the items, within 14 days of receipt.  Nb.  This does not apply to items marked as non-refundable or exchangeable in the Product Pages.

There will be no additional Delivery Charge for the first exchange for UK orders only.  Delivery Charges will not be refunded for returns. Subsequent returns and exchanges will be at the customers own cost.  Items not returned securely and suitably packaged, in an unused and unworn condition, with all labels still intact and attached to the items, within 14 days of receipt of the exchanged item will not receive any refund.

We do ask that you try to return any items for exchange/refund which are part of the same order in one parcel to help us to keep administrative costs to a minimum for you!

If you are Exchanging/Returning items from outside the UK, please pay the appropriate postage from your country to ensure that your parcel reaches us to enable us to process your exchange/return. Should you require an exchange to be posted to you outside the UK the standard Delivery Charge for your country will need to be paid again before we can release you exchanged item(s).

We do try to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your return/exchange to be processed.

To return your items, please fill the Exchange/Return form included in your delivery detailing as much information as you are willing if it is the fit of the garment which is incorrect (We use this information to help us to continually improve the fit of the garments we sell). If there is a difference in cost or you are exchanging goods from overseas please do not forget to either enclose a sterling cheque for the balance or give us the details of the credit/debit card you wish to charge the balance to.

Then attach the enclosed returns label sticker to the box or envelope you are using to return the item(s). Please ensure they are wrapped at least as well as they were when you received them and make sure you enclose the return form and seal the package securely.   Simply hand your parcel in at the nearest Post Office if you are returning the item from within the UK for the first time.  If it is the second time you have returned an order (or part thereof) to us, or you are returning a parcel from overseas, please send the parcel via the normal postal service either First Class, Second Class or Parcel Post as we are unable to accept returns sent via courier services. 

Our usual process is then to send you a confirmation e-mail (provided you have supplied us with a valid e-mail address on the return form) when we have processed your Exchange/Return. If you wish to check on the status of Exchanges or Returns please mail us at customerservice@blessd.com with your order details.

Distance selling regulations
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Blessd for a full refund. This does not apply to items items not returned securely and suitably packaged, in an unused and unworn condition, with all labels still intact and attached to the items.  It also does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed in the case of pre-packaged items (both of these types of items will be clearly marked in the product description).  Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number within 7 days to customerservice@blessd.co.uk or by post to the address on our Contact Us page.  Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt.  The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.  For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
