Ordering errors You are able to amend your orders up to the point at which you click on ‘submit’ on the final page of our ordering process. Delivery charges Delivery charges vary depending on which country the items are being shipped to and cannot be refunded. Please see the Delivery and Returns Policy pages for further details. Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order If you have supplied us with your email address, we will acknowledge your order by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order of an item will take place when the item is dispatched. Currency and Payment We are currently only able to take payment in UK Sterling. Payment must be made prior to the dispatch of any order. We accept card payments by Maestro, Solo, Visa and Mastercard. Should you wish to pay by another method please e-mail customerservice@blessd.com and we will liaise with you to arrange an alternative payment method. We dispatch your items once we have received your payment and it has cleared at our bank.
Delays Occasionally, the delivery of orders can be delayed for various reasons including, but not limited to, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand.
